Detailed description of the works We wish to procure a vendor with capabilities to provide general maintenance services including electrical , carpentry & plumbing as a must, other services may be required from time to time. The vendor must be able to respond to reactive call outs along with the planned workload. The areas included are Tipperary, Cork , Limerick , Kilkenny & Athlone, Works include monthly electrical PPM visits to retail stores incorporating fire alarm and emergency lighting testing and repair, general lighting maintenance, Handyman services and general maintenance tasks. the base location of the contractor should allow same day reaction to the above locations to facilitate emergency callouts.
